OCZ Gold Edition 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 500 (PC 4000) Dual Channel Kit System Memory Have had no problems at all with the build thanks to all of the great information in these forums. Did not have any problems at all but spent almost 3 months picking out the hardware.

I spent almost 6 months debating on a new PC, and when the new opterons came out they sealed the deal.

2x 512MB Kingmax PC3200 SuperRAM

My memory isn't in the choice list, why?

well

without meaning to sound mean

because Kingmax is a low-end brand and these boards were never designed to run with low-end brands...they were designed from the first initial ideas all the way through production to use only hte best high-performance memory

doesn't mean low-end ram wont work, nor does it mean that some low-end ram won't perform very well

it just means that it's what is considered low-end RAM and so takes a backseat to the major memory types in the list

Currently running G Skill F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ at 239 x 7/6 Very happy w/ the memory thus far.

Had Corsair 2x512 xxl in my ultra D.....great memory didn't like to clock to well for me.

BUT! ! Both ran in the system right out of the box. I have had zero DFI troubles. You get what you pay for imo.
