Please vote in the poll for the memory that you have used successfully in your DFI NF4 motherboard.

Poll is multiple choice, so you can choose more than one memory for those that have more than one NF4 motherboard like me, and/or for those that have tried different memory kits in your NF4 motherboards :)

Pff poll isn't even up yet... *waits patiently* :P

Anyway, 2x512MB Twinmos Speed Premium PC3500 BH-5's, no problems for 3-4 weeks.

1x 512MB Twinmos Oldschool BH-5 (0241), no problem for, uh, 3 hours of memtesting at high FSBs.

G.Skill LA. One stick will do 322MHz (DDR644) with 3-4-4-8-T1 timings but the other stick has Memtest errors above 300MHz. At 2.5-3-3-6-1T timings the good stick does 273MHz and the bad stick does 269MHz. Not great, but still a lot faster than my current CPU will go.

Mushkin High Perf LevII Ver2...2.5-4-8-3-1T @ DDR 544 @ 2.8v.....BP TCCD

Patriot 3200 LLK.....2.5-3-5-2-1T @ DDR 444 @ 2.7v

Corsair Value Series...2.5-3-8-3-1T @ DDR 400 @ 2.7v

All 100% memtest and prime stable on 3 different Ultra-D boards.

I've got 2x 512mb G-Skill PC-4400 and it's running rock stable with 11x multi and 257FSB atm. here is linkage to more linkage for my mem timings if anyone with same ram is interested in a working template.

aside: i've been overclocking the 6800gt, is it right to increase the pci-e voltage to 102 (only way i can get the card not to give me snowflakes in 3dmark05 @ 415core/1175mem)

this nf4 ultra-d is an absolutely awesome board if you're willing to do the leg work, and thanks to AG and RGone and all others  for making this forum so F***ING useful.

edit: note to self include linkage when claiming linkage next time

Geil Value. My Winbond UTT CH-5 Twinmos Speed Premium won't work in this board but runs fine in a s754 nForce3 board for several weeks w/ no prbs. Plus, I had several restarts before booting windows after flashing to the 3/16 bios. I had one after a flash to the 2/10, re-flashed and so far so good, will do a real good flash of the 3/16 (It was undervolting my processor by .2 volts and wouldn't let me change it). I think I need some more case fans, nm at 51 dgrees C, doing SLI mod and AS 5 this weekend.
