General Septem Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 I'm the only one who voted yes and then I changed my mind.
Branjo Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 I voted not a chance. Don't see the need even to buy an HDTV, just one more reason to never leave the house...lol. I think I'm developing agoraphobia.
UncleDavid218 Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 Not until Blue Ray and HD DVD players cost $100 like DVD players used to. Same for ROM drives for computers. I'll get one when they're $50.
sswilson Posted November 16, 2006 Posted November 16, 2006 Same sentiment here. Not a hope in hell until they bring the prices down on them to consumer electronic levels & they remove all of the crapware protection schemes they want to put on them. In Canada we have a legal fair use right to make archival copies. I won't buy any media that doesn't allow me to exercise that right. Angry_Games Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 Who plans to integrate Blue Ray into their lives in one way or another in the next 6 months?PS3 INCLUDED! nope if i want HD DVD's, I'll get the MS Xbox360 HD-DVD since it is relatively cheap, and I want Sony to fail once again with their proprietary crap (remember Betamax? remember Mini-Disc? yeah...go Sony! lol)
