Raphie Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 I just looked at our comparison, and for some reason my CPU score was way higher than yours. this doesn't make sense since yours is running 100 mhz higher. Whatever the reason, I think that's the difference. What is your HTT and multi? I've found that in 3dmark using a higher htt and lower multi gives a higher score. Thats why I'm using 289x9 instead of the 10 or 11 multi. That should probably be it, i used 10 * 270 (but also 10*260 and even 10 * 250) each where a 100points lower from eachother, i will try 9 * 285 as well, see where that will take me. OC settings were GPU 480/1200 CPU 250*10 stock volts Ram 3.4.3.8 200 01/1 need to prime it but passed super pi 32m and occt. breakdown was sm2.0 1709 sm3.0 1699 CPU 1872 is that any good for my setup? I get get it to boot at 2.5ghz but its not stable.. and I'm feeling lazy right now and I just cant be bothered to mess with all those mem timings to get it stable.. Boots to windows and everything, but fails in Prime after like 30 seconds.. Even does it over 2.3ghz too (hence why Im still on 2.3) I need motivation....
