red930 Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 I'll be purchasing the Advanced version once payday hits. I want to compare the differences between both versions for myself.
THunDA Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 great.. Just when I finally have a system that runs 05 at decent frames they come out with a new bench that will prolly cripple my rig and make me want to upgrade again..lol
soundx98 Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 If you are a registered 3D05 user (purchased it) there is a special Upgrade cost of $14.95 USD instead of $19.95 Downloading now. Almost afraid to run it THunDA

drka0tic Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Here's the first review I found: http://www.pcper.com/article.php?aid=199&type=expert&pid=6 Looks like they redid some of the tests in '05.
drka0tic Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 4258 (did 8735 in 3Dm05) That looks like a great score! What are your clocks? I can only do about 7700 in 3DM05 with my eVGA @ 470/1100.

mursaat Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 4258 (did 8735 in 3Dm05) I see you get ~14fps in all the tests (non-CPU ones). I read at XS that with 2xGTX512 we would get 11.2fps or so. Happy to see it won't be a slideshow :shake: Apart from the single-core [email protected] you have the same 7800GT as me, so I hope it is almost enjoyable
