  1. I'd rather not part that watercooling system. Hip Hop Lyrics
  2. Money recieved for the processor. It will be in the mail tomorrow morning. 3 items still on the chopping block.
  3. Emails replied, one item pending. The audigy 2 zs is sold and in the mail.
  4. A combination of things. A recent purchase, along with an unplanned expense, has left me with very little money in my bank account.
  5. Hey guys, I am in need of some serious money quickly. so I am selling this stuff for cheap. If the prices seem too high, send me an email. No lowballs will be ignored. All items will be shipped out on Monday. Prices include shipping. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME WITH OFFERS. I RELY ON GMAIL TO ORGANIZE MY SALES. [email protected] Audigy 2 ZS - $60 SOLD Mobile 2500+$35 SOLD, bought used, I've never tried to OC. Hydor L30 / TDX watercooling block (socket A) - $70 Unfortunately, the L30 no longer has the base or the suction cups to hold it to a metal surface. I relied on velcro to hold it in place. I might also throw in a 2x120 radiator from 2fresh over at hardocp. I won't sell the radiator because I had to seal some leaks, but if your looking for a killer setup, this is it. I might even throw in my maze4 cpu block for your modding purposes. NF7-S: - $25 90% sure this works, but I am selling as-is because it *may* need a bios flash and I don't have time to test it. I often used this motherboard to flash the bioses of other motherboards. It was a solid overclocker, though I never had a oppurtunity to test its potential due to poor memory. PNY 1gig usb 2.0 memory stick. - $60 nib, never been opened. Thanks guys, bump for looking
  6. My parent's motherboard doesn't have an unlocked multiplier. My loss is your gain, I'll trade this 2500m for a non-mobile processor. Anything works, so long as it has a 166mhz fsb. I bought this processor here on OCC, and haven't had a chance to test how it OC's. I can guarantee it isn't DoA, but I don't have any motherboards that can take it high enough to test it. I want to stress that I have NEVER tried to OC it myself. I am not getting rid of it because it is a blemon. I just want to upgrade my parents from their 2000+ pali.
  7. Yeah, LCD's can scale, but a good eye can spot it immediately. The way I see it: CRTS pros: better color reproduction and blacks multiple resolutions without interpolation less ghosting LCD pros: clearer text significantly smaller size Me? I go both ways. I love the lcd on my laptop, but when I photo edit at home, I use my sony fw-900. Its a 24" widescreen crt that can do 2304 x 1440 (but I usually run it at 1920x1200 @ 85hz). It gives me better color control. edit: and I just dug up an old thread wihout realizing. Sorry!
  8. IMO, timings make more of a difference in real-world application, and speed makes more of a difference in benchies. Maybe its just my mind playing tricks, but that has been my observation
  9. You should have used fedex super saver shipping. It has never taken more than 2 days to get to me. UPS ground times are directly proportional to your distance from the shipping plant (obviously). It is probabl shipping from whatever factory is further from you (either NJ or CA). Either way, it'll come in time. And its worth it when it comes
  10. LOL, man, you make me laugh. Every time I see one of your attempts to convince people of your "l33t" programming skills, its embarrising. Come talk to me about programming when you have significant job experience in the field. You are just a kid who had read some tutorials online and perhaps read a few "Internet Security" books from Barnes & Noble. Trust me, its apparent when you post. I read most of the programming topics on the forums, and I have yet to see you post anything that didn't appear to be regurgitated from a HOWTO or guide. That said, I support Valve's efforts to bypass a publisher. I think its great that they want to get more money to the developers and, in turn, make me better games in the future. THAT is not my complaint. My complaint is that steam is buggy, intrusive, and annoying software. And Valve thrust it upon us with very little tact. Before you post again, try to use some decent logic. Sarcasm, wit, and exagerated statements don't make for a good debate.
  11. I love going to Seattle, Washington, but I hate the traffic on the way there. Despite the hassle, I am willing to endure the traffic because the destination is well worth it. Do you understand? The fact that one plays Half Life and puts up with Steam (out of necessity) does not mean they actually like Steam. That logic is, for lack of a better word, silly. On Topic: Also, did any of you actually read the article posted? EA will not have a part in the development of Valve games. Valve is simply ending their relations with Vivendi and starting a new contract with EA. Read carefully: EA will ONLY be in charge of DISTRIBUTING retail versions of the game.
  12. kewlboxer2, thats right. I used to run 256x256x512, and it ran in dual channel.

  14. Nagash, no one appreciates comments like that. I think metal cooling is a marketing gimick. Isn't the weakest link in both water and metal cooling the resivour anyway? In the end, my watercooling reaches an equilibrium based on my resivour, not the fluid running through it.
  15. Its not real -_- http://www.snopes.com/humor/iftrue/lionmidget.asp
  16. I've been using firefox since it was called pheonix, and I don't see myself changing anytime soon, regardless of speed. I've tried to make a switch to Opera, but I've grown accustomed to firefox, and there isn't enough incentive for me to switch. I can see that opera is a good browser, I just don't think its good enough to warrant a transition. Ravix <3's stability in his life.
  17. I don't really know what to charge for my nf7-s, gimme an offer? I also have a 2500+ and a 420w enermax PSU
  18. a good defrag has often removed the "hiccups" for me. I don't know about the poor framerates though, have you checked your rails?
  19. Just thought I'd update you guys: A couple days ago my laptop hard drive died. It wasn't bad enough that it completely stopped working, it just started producing disk read errors and it failed Dell's built in diagnostic tests. Dell had a new hard drive at my door the next day, and paid for return shipping. They even gave me a free upgrade to a 5400rpm hard drive (from the stock 4200). Other than that, everything has been perfect. Dell gets two thumbs up from me.
  20. Thats what I use With teflon tape its perfect.
