G-Code sh*ts you not, Splave - The local 'Coles' has it, allthough you have to look between the offal & pet food to find it....

 

I find the 'herb & garlic' marinade one the best, done in the Webber.

I would expect 'roo to be of a style similar to deer - wild game with a bit more bounce on the tongue. I could be wrong about the taste but it goes really well with a thick cherry+wine gravy - hmmm.... gonna go eat some chips now.

Does that mean it's gone or you just don't know?

 

I've eaten some crazy stuff in my travels but good ole South Louisiana cooking is some great food.

 

My Pawpaw used to make his "Wild Jambalaya" once a year. Alligator, Turtle, Duck, Rabbit, Coon, Possum, Robin, Squirrel, Goose, Quail and a few others.

 

The best part of the meal was hearing everyone drop the shotgun pellets onto the saucer with a clink. You just knew it was good eats.
