It really depends on what features you need.
I needed ATX and Crossfire
I also wanted the ability to go SLI in the future, if I choose to.
I just purchased this one: http://ncix.com/products/?sku=76791 a few days ago,, I am just setting it all up now. Good so far. Tons of features in the BIOS.

asus all the way and if you can find a open box on newegg you save a bunch of money.

I have the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H and love it. Mine is setup with an mSATA 60 gig I use for the boot drive, very nice...

for $50 more you can get the Asus Maximus V GENE. It's a high performer and mATX.
Just a thought....the one dr.bowtie posted is good too.

Just been reading about bad RMA stuff about ASUS.
I am on my second ASUS board and it is good, but I'd hate to have to RMA with them.
