The way I see it working is that all of your quests will be local, etc. But you'll still be able to adventure with people. Stonerboy779 Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 Is it just me or is the recharge function broken in the game? It's not broken. I guess your a Mage, right? If you cast a spell and then start charging your next spell it won't recharge no matter how long you sit there holding the spell charged.
