road-runner Posted March 19, 2010 Posted March 19, 2010 The i7 980 is doing 70,524 PPD @ 146x29 with the bonus, using 9.10 Ubuntu as 8.04 only supports 8 cores as is and I dont know how to change it or recompile it to use 12... Thought about but 980s wont work in it, got to have xeon with the extra circuit to communicate with each other, forget what its called QPI?
