ClayMeow Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 95% of the time, Google. Occasionally I use Yahoo since I use my.yahoo.com as my homepage, but even when I'm on that, I'll usually go to Google to do a search.

rourkchris Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Google. I resent Bing getting forced on me with Microsoft. The cashback may tempt me though to break from Google for deals but all of my searches otherwise will be through Google. Google just works and has for a very long time. IVIYTH0S Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Google almost all of the time Yahoo for research (google's really bad at research for whatever reason) Bing on my phone to look up fuel prices and restaurants.
WhenKittensATK Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Yahoo, since it also has a lot news and other features on the front page. While Google provides none of that, so I don't use it. Although whenever I tell people to search something I always say "google it."

Although whenever I tell people to search something I always say "google it." Just wanted to let you know that that's not entirely true...there is iGoogle where you can add all sorts of widgets, such as news. Personally I like Yahoo's personalization way better, but just thought you should know that functionality IS there for Google too. WhenKittensATK Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Never knew they had that. Gonna test it out. The interface looks pretty cool. I'll use it for a few days/weeks and see how I like it. I use Gmail rather than Yahoo! mail, so being able to see my emails on a homepage is a bonus. Thanks.
