maybe :P

on that voltage it only idle at 30C just enough to keep her warm for me to boot into my lowered voltage 1.475+110% so it can boot windows.. CPU catches the cold bug at -5C.

hmmm yr attempt is corrupting my brain...

looks like i ought to try my vapochill these days

is that pc3200 RAM you playing with there?

Welp, bumped my voltage up one to 1.475V in BIOS, bumped the FSB up one to 245, and the RAM is now running at DDR588 according to Everest, still at 2.5-4-4-10-1T, passed 8 hours and 22 minutes of prime and all benchies, only score that for some reason didn't go higher was 03... I hate 03 LOL At least it passed though :-D So I now have 2.94GHz cuz of this ram. May go for 2.95 later before I go to bed and leave it priming. If I can get 2.95 I imagine 3 with that Opty will be a cake walk.

:wow: I get just under 2k with my 3G opty and a 6600GT... I would figure a x700'd get ya above 1K...

@Charmed

No offence intended, I was just talking a lil trash. You sure you can't get that FX 60 over the 3G hump... 1.5, 1.55 volts should get you there. ;)

I've given it all the way up to 1.62Vs before to try and get it there with my PC4000... maybe this PC4800 will be kind to me with a little tweaking and get me 3GHz with this thing finally.

I can only hope... postin' my new high scores/benchie stable system specs on the OCDB Entry listed in my siggy ;)
