DAMN! 16C on air? How is that possible!

Location I guess, I was getting 21C idle on my Typhoon w/ TT Thunderblade and naked 170 and NZ isn't that cold a place compared to some countries.

Edit : I see it's Aussie, them's some nice temps in that case. Mayhaps he runs stock, my 170 temps were overclocked with 1.5v and had load similar to his.

Thermaltake bigwater 745 (32 idle 43 load @3050 1.475+13%). Absolutely loved my Cooler Master Hyper6+ for air, but it was a beast.
