It's not like you'll lose sleep over it (unless freaky girls scare the behjeebers out of you), but it'll drive you nuts while you're playing. I'm no where near the end of it, but I can tell you so far, there's been a few times where I get startled by something, my reflexes automatically cause me to shoot, and then the "thing" i thought I saw vanishes.
