Cleaning Your Hs

I use an air compressor. Nice and easy to clean out the whole case.

But for you guys that use Air compressor. It it safe? cuz i have a 2 tank one. It that safe?

toilet paper, my heatsink has diarrhea

i once saw someone clean the thermal goop from the hs with toilet paper and it cleaned everithing leaving a perfect mirror finish, the only problem was that the hs got all cloggedd up with dust really quick, but anyway it's a very quick and efficient way to clean your hs

I agree with the toilett paper method oit works for me every time. also i some times take the fan off after the goop is cleaned and wash it with hot water and dish soap.

I use Contact cleaner first which has acetone etc., and coffee filters (not as much lint) then Isoprophl Alcohol 99.9% I had to order it at the pharmacy.

I use a specail vacum to get the dust out. Saves money know I don t have to go out and buy compressed air.
