Leaking oil from 2 places ($1800 to fix) needed new hood struts needed new tires needed a replacement key (only had the remote) needed new wipers something with the fuel sensor was going bad (intermittent problem) Battery was bad A/C had a minor issue I didn't fix all of these things, just enough to sell it. I only took a 4K loss including repairs, but if I would have kept it, the cost would have been much more $$$. From reading more on forums it sounds like I got lucky and only had the "cheap stuff" to repair, there 10-20 other things that are 1-5K to fix on this car. Last BMW 7-series I'll buy, that's for sure, I expected a lot more out of a top-of-the-line BMW.
