Drdeath Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 ASRocks 890FX Deluxe 5 and 890GX Extreme 4 should be hitting the shelves. I tested them and they are great expecially with the new UEFI interface bios. The socket is AM3+ and is AM3b which has slightly larger pin holes. They both overclocked a Phenom II 975 to 4.5GHz and 4.4GHz respectably. TCcomputers29 Posted May 6, 2011 Posted May 6, 2011 hey, just found out that the new AM3+ motherboards are out at my PC store Great! but just wondering if they were any good? its the 880G chipset igabyte AM3 GA-880GA-UD3H motherboard gigabyte AM3 GA-880GA-UD3H motherboard rev 3.1 NEW AM3+ YES! now should wait for the 890GX chipset AM3+ motherboards or go for this on please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
