Prunes Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Your in a benchmarking thread and your complaining that tri sli only benifits benchmarks? That's exactly my thought! It takes a few more seconds to put it in your rig, so why not? Or is it WC'ed?
El_Capitan Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Lol, for benchmarks sake, it's nice. My system is watercooled, but also has a lot of screws to get the side panel open. Would be a hassle to get a 3rd card in there.

With a better processor my score would be higher. =P Edited June 29, 2012 by TraptPatriot
Nyt Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 My new Sapphire HD7970 OC at 1250mhz core and 1750mhz mem which is my 24/7 gaming stable clock with the stock Sapphire Dual-X cooler P10890 http://3dmark.com/3dm11/3760505 Glad to see my 10468 graphics score beating a GTX680 SC+ and watercooled GTX670 FTW in a benchmark known to favour Nvidia
Nyt Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 Did a bit better, still at 1250mhz core and 1750mhz mem P10930 http://3dmark.com/3dm11/3766567
Nyt Posted June 29, 2012 Posted June 29, 2012 Ok, pushed as far as it will go. Core at 1300MHz and Mem at 1825MHz at 1.325V - This model can go up to 1.35V but I dont want to go that high since I dont want to risk burning something. This is the max benchable clock. P11294 http://3dmark.com/3dm11/3766736 This card is a beast !
