I think it was on the second page of posts before anyone caught that it was April 1st...lol.

maybe steavis will think twice next time about telling doc that he should 'change my sig to Sony VIAO' or such.

 

if you want to mess with someone, don't mess with the 'bossman'...

 

steavis is pretty lucky. I told doc it was all in his hands, and doc said he was going to let it go for 3 or 4 days before lifting the gag, which means dipship (steavis) would have been banned for many days instead of just one.

 

The fact that we snared at least one good forum member into believing is good enough in my book, but the previous April Fools were much better for some reason (again, how can it be easier to believe momma and I won the lottery than it is to believe porno-hounds like steavis and doc weren't stealing the bandwidth from this site????)

 

 

oh, and rado...you should go back to math class if you can't figure out 8TB of bandwidth can be used by a single person in a single month. Especially on a server that sits on a 1000MBit line like this one...hosting 500MB - 7GB files/movies/etc

 

you can suck down 10TB of bandwidth VERY QUICKLY when you turn an ftp/link loose with file sizes like those mentioned above...

ps, it's actually ALL the more worth it seeing this post in the Admin section...we caught the SMARTEST (by far out of any of us) guy on the forum with this!!!

 

Sad. The first person that came to mind I looked at their profile and it says banned. So I look at the second choice on my two name list and he's also banned. Just once it would be nice if my piss-poor negative outlook on human nature would be wrong.

 

Travis, this is how I would handle it. I'd get in touch with them and tell them they have two weeks to come up with the money. Not just for the excessive bandwidth charges for the entire server payment. If the money is not in hand by the end of two weeks you will call the FBI. But that call will be third or fourth down the list of calls you make. If they understand that those phone calls will bury them both legally and financially they'll come up with the money somehow. Just a suggestion.

 

 

we all love Praz even though he's old and smells like dust and pee. I always joke about how he has zero sense of humor (though it isn't true, on the phone we laugh a lot) because he's so damn old. He's a super mod and like I said, probably smarter than any 20 of us combined so to get him on the gag was priceless.

 

But I think even MORE priceless is the fact that he INSTANTLY suspected ReelFiles and dr_bowtie as the culprit(s) hahahahaha. I can almost guarantee that 100% of the moderators thought the EXACT same thing.
