I agree with Black, if you are just going to be using it for email and MS Office, I would save some cash and get a netbook. I have had my ASUS Eee PC for about 3 years now and it does exactly what I need it to do, browse the web, little photoshop, and word processor... hope this helps

I totally agree Waco...VISTA did have it's flaws, however every OS does but it wasnt as bad as everyone says...at first it was hard to find some drivers, but after a few months of it being on the market they were readily available...

I did get my feet checked out when I bought them the first time to see what kind of support I need with my arch and running style...I did only start running about 4 weeks ago, was training for the Warrior Dash up here in Michigan which is only a 5k with obstacles. Got into it and decided to stick with the running thing, doing the 10 Mile Crim on the 27th of this month too...going to be a blast!

dont quite have the desk space for 3 monitors on my main rig though It i somewhat cramped with the 30" and the 26"

yeah lower quality video files that I have on the computer dont look the best blown up to full screen, however...I can have OCC open and snapped to the left side of the screen and my excel workbook open on the right side and get a pretty damn good size on both...(to be exact its 1280x1570 on both windows with the taskbar always on top)

IMHO, once you game on 2560x1600, I cant stand gaming on another monitor/resolution. The amount of workspace that I get on this monitor is insane as well, makes multitasking a breeze!

I really like the plate for the power button and LEDS...makes it look a lot cleaner
