IVIYTH0S Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Yeah, I'm actually watching BSG right now (2005 one) and am thoroughly enjoying it. I also grew up watching Knight Rider so I'm definitely one of the fans of whom his work was appreciated by. Another great has fallen... bishop245 Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 I grew up watching these shows minus the newer BSG. I watched the original BSG and loved it but could care less about the remake of it.
AkakmanH Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 One of my all time favorite guys. The two BSGs were done from totally different perspectives. The original with Loren Green was generally light hearted and 'fun' The last woth Olmos was much darker. I did enjoy both.

I grew up watching these shows minus the newer BSG. I watched the original BSG and loved it but could care less about the remake of it. You crazy, that remake was GREAT...the "old" one was childish, which was fine with me as a child but now I'm old and the darker one resonates. It's all in the timing I guess. wevsspot Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Guess I'm the odd man out. I actually liked the re-make of BSG more than I did the original. I thought that Olmos and Sackhoff were naturals for their roles.
El_Capitan Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) Sad news. I liked both the original BSG (from when I was a kid - also Knight Rider), and the BSG remake. The only problem was that they drew out the first couple of seasons of the BSG remake, and then when they realized they wanted to end the show sooner. It felt like they sped up the last 2 seasons to finalize all their "mysteries". It was still good enough for me, regardless.
