Onion Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 With a name like mine, I don't know why you people find it so hard to believe that I'm the sugar daddy.
IVIYTH0S Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 03" Audi A6 Twin Turbo v6, @275HP PICTURES!! Twin Turbos on a V6 and it's only pushing 275HP, what is up Germany?!
Andrewr05 Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Twin Turbos on a V6 and it's only pushing 275HP, what is up Germany?! Reliability. Plus the turbos are quite small, made for quick-spooling not necessarily huge power output.
IVIYTH0S Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Reliability. Plus the turbos are quite small, made for quick-spooling not necessarily huge power output. Why not just make a better performing N/A then?? No worries about turbo lag (even though modern turbos are so much better now) and reliability through simplicity! Nyt Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 you should already know how that works Nyt... Yeah but my dad is happy with spending $4k for my pc since its an investment as Im going to study I.T anyway but I would never get $30k+ available to me for a car nor would I expect it
Black64 Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 (edited) Twin Turbos on a V6 and it's only pushing 275HP, what is up Germany?! They are low pressure turbos and they are designed to last longer and it's only a 2.7L, but I could chip it to around 380HP Reliability. Plus the turbos are quite small, made for quick-spooling not necessarily huge power output. +1 Exactly, but they run hot. Black64 Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 dear god chip it! lol It's like $600 for the chip, so that might not happen.

Stonerboy779 Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 Probably the best hp/$ increase I know of What is it 2-3 maybe 5% tops of the price of the car to gain a 50% bhp definately worth it imo. Msi you will likely find that the chip will improve economy and not just performance.
