Dynamic Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 That is a great deal since those sticks are known to hit around 1100-1200MHz. Good find!
cchalogamer Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 Sweet after rebate price. And to think, when I paid $150 for my first Ballistix kit it was a literal steal at the time

rourkchris Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 Anybody notice the "Combo Price" with the HIS 4850? It's like getting the Crucial Ballistix for free after the rebate. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductCombo...e=10&page=

davidst Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 Well I got these thursday and was getting BSOD's saturday so I ran Memtest and one of the sticks is bad. I mean really BAD <_< I already sent in the rebate with the UPC so I will be going through the Crucial RMA process. I have not gotten a bad stick in so long --- I just didn't think I would. Btw the 3 sticks that are good are running at 1.9v (voltage auto) 4-4-4-12 on a ga-p35-ds3l. So I wouldn't think that raising the voltage would help a weak or bad one as I went to 2.3 and it still tested just as bad as at auto. I looked at it and it looks just fine. I was thinking physically I could see something since it tested so bad. Doesn't crucial test these before these ship?
