coolcat97 Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 I use FileZilla. Yep, my servers and desktops run that. But for client i use windows explorer (this is nothing special - its been part of windows for many years) also known as "my computer" lol
BoyBandsMustDie Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 if your not looking for the ftp server, I would suggest fireFtp, especially if your using fire fox since it's a tool addon. It's pretty simple and has all the features I need. (although all I do is upload stuff to my website) Linky

ClayMeow Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Yep, my servers and desktops run that. But for client i use windows explorer (this is nothing special - its been part of windows for many years) also known as "my computer" lol I use WS_FTP at work usually, but just opening up "My Computer" and typing in the host address is the easiest and it acts just like you were opening a regular Windows directory. It's easiest for noobs to understand too, so when I set up FTP access for people at work, I'll usually tell them to do that if they don't have a preferred FTP program already.
