Thanks boss man, I usually start off with low ram clocks and loose timings so that I can rule the RAM out as an issue since I am using 4 sticks of the DDR3 ram...4 sticks sucks

Frank, here is that 4500 I was talking about, little out of my comfort level with the vCore but its not stable unfortunately :( Im going to work on that later

Getting 4x1GB (2 different sets) stable at higher speeds is quite hard... also I can't take the heat that my PC pumps out at 1.575v, even with A/C on 24 hours a day (my room heats up that much!), so I've taken it back down to ~1.5v and taken all the fan speeds right down so I can listen to music and watch movies without feeling like I'm in a factory lol...

Not sure where the DFI Street thread went to, but I'm gonna put my settings here for reference.

Looks like I'm on the way to getting 3450 MHz stable at the same voltages, 3600 fails quite quickly and really needs the 1.575v on the CPU... if 3450 passes >24 hours of Prime I'll probably just tighten up the RAM and call it a day (well more like a week lol)

tell me about it, Im running 4x1GB of Aeneon DDR3...two are 1333 and the others are 1600, it is quite difficult to OC them very well, however I will get it! I will post some more updates as soon as I get some time to work with the computer

I think I'm going to be able to get 3526 MHz stable at 1.5V CPU which means at 9x I have the RAM @ 392 MHz, but hopefully once the CPU OC has passed P95 24hr I can switch to 1T and tighten up the timings...

Kinda sucks "losing" the OC, but I'm enjoying my room not sounding like a server room, and as hot as a sauna

i just looked at it again, and it says 2.014vcore, and thats gotta be wrong, its only 1.72 in bios.

ill just hope thats a error because im running @ that right now

*****edit*******

Might not seem amazing, but you try getting a 1.325V VID Q6600 up to 3.6 on 680i lol

CPU Core: 1.56875 V

CPU FSB: 1.5 V

Memory: 2.075 V

trying for 450 MHz, 4-3-3-10-2T-3-18-5-9-7.8, 2.1V, NB(MCP)=1.55V resulted in system freezing @ ~23 hours of Prime95 Blend

reattempting with NB @ 1.6V
