CRT all the way for eye-candy gaming, That monitor is amazing, but a nice less expensive alternative is a KDS almost-flatscreen CRT. 1600 res @ 75hz is some niiice gaming for a resonable price, and low enough res to not have to lower the detail lvl in nwere games to run that high res. Of course, if you have a sick graphics card setup that can run the games you play with high detal *plus* obscenely high 1900+ res, then its worth the extra cash for a monitor that can support that kind of res with a decent refresh rate like that samsung posted. Awesome LCD Anyway, it was very cheap and the colors are amazing not to mention it only weighs 14 lbs and it has a 3 year warranty for parts and labor. I bought 3 of them and they had 0 dead pixels.
