If you had a transponder in your keys you couldn't.

No, I couldn't, but I don't have a transponder in my keys, I just have an ignition kill switch that I wired up and hid. :teehee:

Sucked it up --

Side mirrors -- mine don't work right and the passenger side is falling off...

New headlights -- not all the headlight cleaner in the world could save the current ones. Unfortunately they are ruined on the inside too - I remember my last experience in taking headlights apart...not worth the sorrow.

Totally depends on the build. You know that!

Indeed, modern turbos are so much better now. SC's just aren't comparable to a good turbo setup...heck a twin turbo handles both concerns, gear one turbo for low end grunt and the other one for higher RPM peak power.

Mmm...sequential turbos.

Hehe... yeah.... until i changed the locks to get matching door and ignition locks i couldn't lock my truck and i could start it with any pocketknife with a medium straight blade.

Indeed and the answer to the beautiful music of an SC's whine, would be a modest blow off valve or just that slow building rush of air going being accelerated into the intake.

Then again, nothing F/I related will ever be as memorable as this:
