So please stop talking about it when you obviously know nothing about it. And yea, the GTX 680 is a better price than the 7970. Better performance and started $50 cheaper. Who cares what a card is called, if it performs better than the competition and at a better price, it's better. Stop trying to downplay the 680 just because you are having a tantrum. GTX680 is a better price ? Perhaps you should get a pair of reading glasses so that you can actually see the prices on Newegg. So back then it better card because it was cheaper, then a few days later AMD dropped prices to be cheaper. Also, the only reason AMD dropped prices is because the 680 was the "better performance at better price". Seriously, you really need to direct this animosity away from us sensible forum members and assign it to AMD for not performing up to your grand expectations. I'm sorry you're hurt the 680 is the best single GPU out right now (whether it is mid-range or not), but get over yourself. Face the facts, you have NO IDEA what GK110 will be or when it will release. All we have right now are the 7970, 680, and 690.
