Waco Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I don't mean to burst your bubble but that price is pretty steep for that hardware. Are you taking offers?

WhenKittensATK Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 (edited) It seems you added an extra zero to your asking price by accident. Edited April 2, 2012 by AZNguyen

LuckyDeath Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 I think you can get more interest by parting it out, since I doubt anyone is interested in paying so much for an old machine. The most valuable components are the GPU, HDD's, CPU/Mobo, Case. I think you could fetch $80-$90 for the GPU if its a good brand and good condition. The HDD's will go because storage isn't cheap right now, and you could get $50-60 for the both of them. I don't know about the E6550+Mobo... but I know they get sold on here sometimes (hint: take about half of what you paid for it, tops). The case in good condition you could sell locally for $40 or so, as long as the modifications weren't major and in good taste. The CPU cooler is just a victim of diminishing returns in that hardware sector. Even a $40 CPU cooler will be tough as nails these days, so at best I think you could get $20 for yours. If that PSU isn't old you could probably get some for it as well, since most people like to keep a backup. $15-$20 The RAM is peanuts. Those AGP cards get ya maybe $20 for the both of them.
