Well I wish I could be excited to now have my new 5970 but I've run into a problem. IT'S TOO LONG!!

1. I can either cut the case's hdd section out a bit to get it to fit.

2. Get a new case (really don't want to)

3. Sell the 5970, and use the $$ to buy two 6850s and CF them.

4. Sell the 5970, and use the $$ to buy two 460 1GBs and SLI them (possibly the two Wev is selling)

5. Sell the 5970, and use the $$ to buy the 6950 2GB and unlock it to a 6970.

Idk what to do :( I was able to slide it into the hdd section but it can't reach the pci-e slot then :(

Obvious choice is #1.

If I remember your discombobulated case, correctly, I'm surprised that it's still standing. #2 would be my choice. Seriously, I laugh when I look at your case, dude.

#3 - #5, #4 is the best choice.

Is it a 2GB or 4GB HD 5970?

You aren't really going to let a little thing like four inches of heavy gauge metal get in the way of you installing that card are you?

Twenty-five minutes with a hack saw and I bet you can make a slot in that HDD cage big enough for it to fit in!

You've ghettoized that case this far, you really aren't going to give up now are you?

I was gonna say, what are you waiting for man, get that dremel out! If I were broke and not wanting to spend the cash on a case I would just cut it. Now that I know your case is ghettofied, I say cut it now!

My new card should get here today too ;)
