camaro_dude15 Posted January 22, 2011 Posted January 22, 2011 in kansas the laws are as followed, 18 to buy rifle or shotgun, 21 for pistols, no suppresors, flash hiders are ok, no full auto, you need a permit for conceled carry, no age restrictions for owning or operating, so yes a 5 year old can carry a 44 mag in his holster in kansas legally so yeah no m 16, but thats a risk im willing to take lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
