A friend of mine's has recomended that i buy the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro ( http://www.ebuyer.com/product/176157 ) i was just thinking if getting one of these would be worth while or to go with something a little better ??

With a dual core CPU most of the Noctua heatsinks would likely be pretty overkill.

AC may make decent coolers but for a bit more you can almost always get a better cooler.

I have the Mugen 2, and it is definitely a good cooler. Awesome design where you can mount fans in any direction. Only downside is that it is HUGE.
