Sometimes my FPS strays towards RPG (think STALKER call of Pripyat and the likes). I picked Shooters, as they're the solid base of my gaming pyramid. WhenKittensATK Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 My major FPS games playtime adds up to 1566 hours (BF2, CSS, TF2, BC2, BF2142, RO, RO:DH mod, and etc). My most played FPS game is TF2 @ 347 hours and I can safely say a good portion is from idling I can't see how some people put hours and hours into a FPS game (1000+), I get bored after a few maps. Â My WoW playtime is 2805 hours (from only Xfire, its probably quite a bit higher). Â Most of my games are FPS games, but I don't really put much playtime into them. Maybe 5-25 hours a week vs a RPG (mmos) where I can easily put 35+ hours a week. Â So I would say given a decent RPG that I can play with friends and/or a good guild I will play it for hours vs a FPS with solo/multiplayer/friends. bilcliff Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 shooters mainly, with action/adventure a fairly close second. plus the occasional sports / racing, its kinda hard to vote for just one genre because many games thesedays cross over. like borderlands and FO3. and what do you class sandbox style games (like gta, red dead redemption, SR2) as?
