d3bruts1d Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Every year I hear about a new 'Google killer' and I'll give it a try, but so far nothing has impressed me enough to switch from Google. Is it just me, or is Google still the dominant search engine used by OCC members? When we asked this same question way back in 2004, Google slaughtered the competition. But this is 2009, things are different now, right? Or are they? Yes, you see something on there that may not look like it belongs. I decided to add it to the list after reading this article a while back. Vote for the main search engine you use. As a bonus, let us know in the reply what you used before you switched to that search engine (if you can remember).

Phil Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Is it just me, or is Google still the dominant search engine used by OCC members? Google is the dominant engine period. It's not just hype or populist support, the quality of search remains far beyond the #2 engine IMO.

The Smith Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Found via a quick Google search... http://www.bing.com/shopping/pages/howtouse.aspx Does the cashback come from Bing itself? How do they give it back to you?
Andrewr05 Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 Does the cashback come from Bing itself? How do they give it back to you?To tell you the truth I'm not really sure (), a lot of people on slickdeals.net are doing it and I admittedly haven't done it yet myself but I believe the store gives you the cashback. I don't really know, all I can say is that all of my online purchases through a retailer or eBay will be attempted through Bing.
