DLS2008 Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 Guess I'll stick my 3870 folding onto the que. It'll be sad if I actually win with just a few WUs. Then again, the 3870 burns through a WU in about 2 hours..... Not sure what WUs you get, but my 4870 takes about 4 hours per WU. RogerDeath Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 Not sure what WUs you get, but my 4870 takes about 4 hours per WU. Decent enough ones. I average about 387 points per WU (~2 hours per WU), though the more recent ones are giving 548 per. My Folding Stats Maybe that will give up some answers. The 60 points with 12 WU seems to have been an error in the folding que, if not then it was my cpu getting a really small project. paulktreg Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 ok another question. you said one WU per week. was that the entire span of the contest? if thats the case im boned than because i started folding late lol The way I understand it is you will get one entry into the draw for every week of the three you have folded. CheeseMan42 Posted March 4, 2009 Posted March 4, 2009 Score! I could toss one of those GSOs in my Linux box. But the 4850 would do nothing but cost me money. My motherboard only has 1 PCIE slot
