ReelFiles Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 Question:Can i use the files and settings transfer wizard to go from xp to vista? Technically yes, whether it actually works good, I don't know.
expresso Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 i just ran the test with vista and it came back with a score of 5.0 now before it was 4.8 - my video card didnt change another thing - i cant get coolbits to work with vista now -
ReelFiles Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 And you're complaining? Sounds like it's working to me JK.
expresso Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 no i am not complaining - i really expected a higher score overall - but it dosnt average your score - i did expect a higher score for the x2 - the best score was 5.9 for the disk drives and memory - the coolbits i dont know how i can get it to work as before on XP - i was able to do a manual OC or best setting and let the program pick the best stable OC for the video card - but now i dont have those options - i dont see anything that i can adjust to OC or not --
jelly Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 My scores go like this. 1. processor 5.9 2. memory 5.9 3. graphics 5.9 4. gamming graphics 6.0 5. primary hard disk 6.
expresso Posted November 25, 2006 Posted November 25, 2006 ok so your lowest is your card also - but better than mines do you have your processor OC at all or just stock ? i cant check it again now - got feed up with vista for now - i put back my image to xp - its nice - aero etc. - but always have to keep allowing programs to run etc. - after a while its annoying - plus i had a few other issues - and of course my printer software didnt work and some other programs i try it again later on after i change my case - mostly likley next year

charles19 Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 My scores go like this. 1. processor 5.9 2. memory 5.9 3. graphics 5.9 4. gamming graphics 6.0 5. primary hard disk 6.1 I'm getting 5.9 on everything except CPU and HDD, specs below... What's your clock speed on the 4400+ as i'm only getting 5.4 and i've OCed to 2750MHz? As for HDD it gave my raptor a 5.6, was hoping for more

Cos if there's a significant chance I don't want to take it thanks
