Ive heard mixed reviews about Aspire PSUs. Most say they work great, then there are the few who say they suck and burn out real fast.

I'm not trying dis you or your psu but in the comp world they are very well known to be of poor quality. PSUs in general you can tell quality by the weight and price the are some exceptions though.

Ok so once I jump my PSU it should tell me the problem. If it works then its the mobo, if it doesn't then its the PSU?

With out DMM it wont really show if its putting out correct volts but should help show fans on psu and other fans will power up if used on onther comp it will show that it works at least with that comp.

Which power switch are you using when you try to power on? The switch on the mobo itself or the switch on the front of your case? The switch on the front could be plugged in wrong or could be bad. I'm sure that you have tried both but im just throwing that out there. Good luck.
