techman62 Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 I started with a 2400+ Sempron socket A, then went to a 3700+ San Diego on an Asrock 939 board and thought it was ok. Now I have an Opteron 165 dual core and a DFI board (first dual core) and I just love this thing. It's like having a small airplane and then moving up to a LearJet. This machine "Rocks". With Thermalright SI-120 cooler and Silverstone FM-121 fans on it and case (I removed the exit grill) Smart Guardian says it runs 2C over room temps even if I cut the fans RPM's to 1000 under full speed.
