It defently should be something that you have to do to be able to post or anything, that way even the people that are not just signing up have to do it...if you try to post with out it being done, a message should pop up like the "my assistant" popup saying "Your system specs have not yet been filled in, you must fill in this information to be able to post." and then have a link to where you are able to input this information

I would guess that the iPod is going to be more expensive, but I like my sisters video iPod. I have the 1 Gen iPod from 4 years ago and that bad boy is still running with no problems.
Just thought I would give you a comment about the iPod, I know nothing about the others...

The reason I asked was that im running around 55-58*C when running folding as well as when running only occt's "test" with a stock cooler...I just changed my oc from 2.31 to 2.35. I need to invest in a new cpu cooler...thats way to hot....in speed fan what does Temp2 indicate? It says Winbond W83627THF ISA for the bus and the adress is $290

I would try to bring down the cpu multiplier to 8x

If its anything like my AGP clock, dont do it, it can just fry your card.

I noticed that you dont have a video card displayed in your sig, what is it?
It could be possible that your video card is going bad, or it is not in the slot all the way. Switch it out for a differnt one if you have one laying around and see if that works.

I would defently use Speedfan, I have never used Smart Guardian.
Try downloading Speedfan and installing that to see if the temps are fine, if its not you have a problem with the mobo?

even if they were the same chip, if you put it in a different board, it could oc more or less. Differnt components such as ram can hold you from reaching a higher oc...

Go out and see the movie "Stranger than Fiction" thats the only Will Ferrell movie that I have seen that is not funny...there were parts but other parts were not funny.
Also if you go out and see that movie, watch the top of the screen towards the right side, you will see the mic come down quite often in the movie...dont think that it was supposed to be like that...
