The Crosshair IV Formula has a massive heatsink , bigger then nearly all am3 motherboards so Im fine . My NB and HTT is already at 2700mhz no problem and I have 4 side fans on the HAF to dissapate all the heat on the motherboard, ram and helps get cool air to the cards.

What voltage you using to get to 4.1ghz ?

Ah, then you're fine. The Crosshair IV Formula is a beast!

I'm using the voltage that's in my sig: 1.45v.

If you ever want more details, just let me know. I can take screenshots of my BIOS settings. ASUS's BIOS settings are pretty identical between boards.

Im at 1.4v to get 4.1ghz , I tried to get to 4.2ghz at 14x multiplier x 300mhz fsb at 1.45v but Im too afraid to go with higher voltage . Whats the highest multiplier the 1090t can use ?

I'm not sure. The highest I got was 25x multiplier with 160MHz FSB with my memory speed at 1066MHz to get to 4.0GHz. Mid-range, I use 20.5x multiplier with 200MHz FSB with my memory speed at 1600MHz to get to 4.1GHz. There's a lot of different ways to get a good overclock on a 1090T, it's actually tougher than using just a locked multiplier.

Cjloki look back a few pagers I know some of the ati guys were saying they were getting bad clocks and benches with those drivers. I know nvidia nerfed their new drivers and I couldn't overclock as high with old drivers so I had to roll back to old ones

sounds good olokul, do you or anybody else for that matter, happen to recall which drivers had the good numbers?...honestly, i just haven't been doing much with the ati stuff lately...

On the Furmark results, it looked like:

10.5 was what SpeedwayNative was using on his HD 5870.

10.6 was what ponchinGdl was using with his HD 5870.

10.7 was what mattyamdfanboi was using with his HD 5850.

well with the 10.5 i get 3250

so that must be what it is.... i give....looks like 4850x2's get crappy furmark scores...

...my cpu can only do a tad bit more for it, so that's gonna be it...

third pass 3250 My link

Updated

?

Is that considered a single or double?

:P

frankly andrew, if you go by the score, it screams single gpu. and the linky confirms 1 active gpu, even though when i run the benchie it show scaling charts for 2 gpu's throughout. fact is it's a dual gpu and you entered it in the correct column.

....Good Job Andrew ! and hey thanx for everything aight !!

Andrew for Prez

Im using both 9.10 , 9.12 and 10.3 and those all give decent scores.

Its an error on Furmark's side, my 3 gpu's also say 1 active and the same for the dual 480 guys
