Cylok Posted July 4, 2005 Posted July 4, 2005 @2850 and 1.54v min run at 32c idle, 38c underload. Haven't seen it above 40c yet. External and internal monitoring.
Painman Posted July 4, 2005 Posted July 4, 2005 Right at this moment, 30º C idle and 47º C load. I'm running with the side panel off of the case and it makes a huge difference. The XP-120 needs lots of fresh air in order to really work. (Load temp courtesy of S&M, by the way.)
Cylok Posted July 4, 2005 Posted July 4, 2005 How accurate does "Smartguardian" seem to be? For those that use it.
audscott Posted July 4, 2005 Posted July 4, 2005 hehe. lucky. no ac in this room. its a sweat box! Oh, you crazy east coast, midwest, southern, northern...Northwest: 78 daytime, 55 at night. Now that's summer. My 3700, 1.47 v-core (MBM) idle 32, load 45-48. If we were talking P4, I'm sure you'd have some folks asking about heat sink contact, but that doesn't seem to be an issue with 939 or 754 boards. Still, never hurts to double check.
