kobalt Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 (edited) I was checking my pay-pal account and saw this, i filed two complaints on this 1 original and another one when AYoKoNA told us to file another one cause the first one got cancelled now i see that i have one complaint case closed and they tell me i cant file another one on the same file ID, what the heck are these guys get a cut on frauds???? now this guy can have a million bucks (stolen bucks) in his account and we cant get a refund ???? Anyway I got 155 USD earlier today (well my family in the US did) which was less than he told me I would recieve 70 percent which he claimed was 180 bucks but actualy 182 either way he payed less. kobalt Posted July 17, 2004 Posted July 17, 2004 (edited) Here's my answer after the second complaint i filed(tried to) letter to them> 'I filed a complaint about this matter and i got a case closed cause this bastard emptied his account, but now i hear that someone else involved in the same fraud got refunded, THAT'S NOT FAIR i would think!!!!!!! usually peoples dont communicate between them, but in this case we do and we would like to get the same refund!!! not the same amount but the refund i tried to file another complaint but i'm told that i cant file a complaint on the same number and that the case was closed. well if you refunded someone you forgot to close plese consider re opening those files, we want justice at least from you!!!! this is the post of the refunded person, feel free to read the entire thread. And i copied the post of the gut who got refunded. Answer> Thank you for providing this information to us. This information has been forwarded to our investigations team for further review.
