Bosco Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Have any of you played the game? If so what did you think of it?
kyfire Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 Have played both Alan Wake games. They were good. Had a good story line , graphics and interface. If you're into drama, horror, shooters with some good puzzles to figure out, then I recommend it.

Bosco Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 If you had to name a game that was similar what would you say is close to it?
capthowdy575 Posted June 18, 2014 Posted June 18, 2014 alone in the dark IMHO both are pretty good games. I also used a controller to play it for pc since it was feels better.
BluePanda Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 Why is BOSCO so curious?? I've played a bit into it. Some parts are just annoying, but it's kinda interesting...says the one who hasn't gone back to finish it.

ir_cow Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 I bought the game when it first came out and only played for 5 minutes. Its a good quailty game with some scare...but dead space is a little better on the horror thing. I will play it again at some point and beat it. Crow47 Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 I love Alan Wake! For me, it has a very cohesive and rich story line. With some games, I feel like the story gets kinda lost in the hours of gameplay you put into it. But with Alan Wake, the story is very well written. What's really cool is that each part of the game is an "episode", and it feels like you're part of a TV show rather than just a game. Definitely a different experience than many other games I cannot speak for the second title, as I haven't played it yet.
