Waco Posted April 9, 2012 Posted April 9, 2012 Update time. He filed a claim, we responded with pictures, facts, etc...and THEY STILL SIDED WITH HIM. Ebay's only comment: "Seller agreed to a refund but did not give it." Well no shit Ebay, the guy broke the card, admitted to packing it poorly, and still wanted his money back. That's not how it's supposed to work. We put in an appeal tonight - we'll see if they actually read the case this time. Basically I've lost $12 for shipping and I no longer have a working video card.
