I actually like the opening Anyway, just find the Movies folder in the game's folder and delete or move the appropriate bik file. Unable to find the file, the game will just skip it and get you to the action sooner.

 

Edit: the class mods are lunchboxes! I just got one with a brain on it.

Pretty sure everyone is talking about the intro before you get to the first mission area not the movies that you can skip by hitting escape.

Too bad everyone's talking about the quicktime events, instead of the pre-rendered movies, because those you can do something about. At least you only need to go through the events once/twice per character (can't remember but I'm pretty sure for the second playthrough, it is different).

Love that Deathtrap uses a lightning attack to take down flying enemies!

 

I played a Bloodwing-centric Mordecai, so Gaige + Deathtrap is right up my alley!

My complaint with Gaige is that with Deathtrap she is was to easy. I fire one shot, put out deathtrap and watch the carrnage. When I had to fight Captain Flynn with her, a fight that in every other character was really tough, it was super simple. I dropped Deathtrap and he went after Flynn. I killed a few bandits and then hit Flynn 4 times with my sniper rifle in the back while he was fighting Deathtrap and the battle was over. Was almost comically easy.

Well, considering he's essentially a second player that you don't need to pick up and is super-aggressive, it makes sense that he would make things easy. A good distraction and damage-sponge, if you can pull him out.

It will be interesting to see how Deathtrap is late-game though. Maybe he isn't overpowered then?

Definitely fun though.

Did you miss the "GF" or "noob" mode for this character? The point was that anyone would be able to help you in co-op, even someone who hadn't played video games.

Okay, I just wrecked a boss I remember being a real pain both times I faced him as Zer0. Maybe it's just because Deathtrap was stripping away the boss's shield, but that was a lot easier than I was expecting it to be. Not a complaint, but she is definitely powerful.

 

Edit: Deathtrap kinds of sucks against Stalkers. When they go invisible, he can't see them, so he will just fly off to the next one, only to have it turn invisible on him too. He also isn't that good against the Crystalik things, because his melee is too high to hit the targets. While the former is likely an intentional balance choice, I suspect the latter is unintentional.
