Andrewr05 Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 Ya know I can't think of anything I've ever eaten that really churned my stomach except for fish chowder. I have an incredibly hearty stomach but the fishy taste and fishy smell nearly made me hurl right at the table, what is weird is that I love fish. Cod, haddock, trout, bass, salmon and a lot of other seafoods are awesome.
bp9801 Posted January 11, 2011 Posted January 11, 2011 I got an order of orange chicken and steamed rice from this one chinese place in Las Cruces. I've had it plenty of times and always loved it, not as much as the sesame chicken, but it is still good. This one time though.. man, I dunno what they did but I took one bite of it and nearly threw up. It tasted like the chicken had been left out over night and was just disgusting. I didn't eat the rest of the day after that one bite. Haven't been back to the place since which is going on six months now.

Krieg1337 Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Chinese sausage. Not sure exactly what was in it, but my neighbors gave it to my family as a gift. Cooked it, and lets just say it was the weirdest most awful taste I have ever tasted, it was around 4 years ago so I don't remember the exact taste but 1 tiny bite and we threw it out. Kamikaze_Badger Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 MRE Clam Chowder. The most disgusting and horrid thing I've ever had in my mouth. Even worse, it was cold, as we had three minutes to eat when I got it. I spat it out and gagged quite a bit. Ruined my day. Right up there is the Cheese and Veggy Omelet. Consistency and appearance of vomit that's been left in the sun all day, and a taste that I can not describe. I kept all my tobasco bottles in anticipation of being the unlucky guy to get one so that I wouldn't have to taste it. I have pulled the dick move of keeping it over drill weekend though and giving it to friends, saying "This is the best entree there is!" IVIYTH0S Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Not a huge fan of French onion soup (mostly the smell, haven't tasted it in years but the smell makes me flee the scene) Chocolate covered pretzels Those are probably the two foods that make me frown just from thinking about
molotovdaskwerl Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 in Poland i had a vegetable salad, that had a weird effect to it and not too soon after eating it i through it up, apparently it's not a morning food
GabrielT Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 (edited) I remember one more horrid thing I ate. I was with my family at Casino in Walker MN and we decided to go to the buffet. I grabbed some fried chicken. Unfortunately for me (and the poor chicken) the chicken had obviously had its leg broken for some time before it was killed and made into food. The meat was black and gritty and I almost threw up as I tasted it. Much worse than the Pizza I mentioned at the beginning of the thread. I have had chicken that was cooked with broken bones before but nothing compared to this.
