BizaroStormy Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 (edited) Sweet, I hope they don't do the whole "game lvls up as you do" thing that totally ruined oblivion for me. Morrowind is still my favorite. Edited December 12, 2010 by BizaroStormy
IVIYTH0S Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Sweet, I hope they don't do the whole "game lvls up as you do" thing that totally ruined oblivion for me. Morrowind is still my favorite. It wasn't that bad, but yeah, leveling up seemed to do nothing but give you cooler magic wear/use different equipment (which is pointless because the best equipment seemed as good as the worst since the enemies were just that much stronger) I still love Oblivion though, and still have to get around to playing Morrowind I'm excited things are starting to be spoken about ESV

Well they didn't do that with either of the Fallout games, so we can only cross our fingers.
Andrewr05 Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 It is using a new game engine too.
Avinexis Posted December 12, 2010 Posted December 12, 2010 Well they didn't do that with either of the Fallout games, so we can only cross our fingers. They did actually. The strength and type of enemy you encounter depended on your Level. Like you start off with Young Deathclaws, and eventually you're getting chased by the real deal after a good few levels. It is using a new game engine too. Music to my ears!

xchrissypoox Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 It is using a new game engine too. Thank god, maybe it won't be a glitchy mess like Oblivion and Fallout. I really like both games but crashing randomly sucks.

Utmost Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 Another score for RPGers hopefully. I couldn't finish TES4 because of the level scaling and the fact that there was only like 3 different dungeon types. The quest in the painting was awesome though.
