bigred Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 compusa does not build them. the actual build process in the stores was run for less than 2 weeks, they're bought piles of crap now. MPC lost the contract, STBS lost the contract, alienware lost the contract (best of them they had). now I'm not even sure who compusa has building thier BTO's (Big Turd Options) for them. I'm sure the lowest bidder.
neb1211 Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 Voodoo is about the only good one on there. I have been seeing a ton of complaints about Alienware as of late.

young-joseph Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 What about Falcon Northwest? I've seen them put out some fairly nice systems. But of the list I would prolly say voodoo.

exeter_acres Posted January 18, 2004 Posted January 18, 2004 If you just want a very stable PC that will do everything you need... I would say a Dell... but of course, I would probably put little, tiny bamboo shoots in my eyes and under my fingernails before I would get one... why? because we CAN build our own PC's but I had my parents get a Dell
