Coors Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 I'm going back to 182.08. The bsod's are annoying the . outta me. The extra boost does me no good if it locks up on me when i'm at work or asleep =/

NCC10281982B Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 10k points a DAY from ONE gpu?! Man, folding sure has changed. +1 I'm gonna have to update the drivers later.
Waco Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 I wouldn't update till they sort out whether you're returning bunk data or not. Folding is useless with bad data.
CheeseMan42 Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 Yeah, it looks like F@H may not be playing too nicely with the new drivers. Best to hold off for now.
road-runner Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 I already upgraded all mine the other day and since these are doing the same points increase as the released 185.26 drivers I think Stanford needs to get there feet off the desk, the arse out the chair and check the released drivers also. I am not changing them. They took away our cores that produced more points, fixed the client where nvidia does not do the points they used to. I might think about changing tomorrow but I am not changing a damn thing today!

As far as if its using 8 cores, what does the task manager say?

Its not using all of them, you needs to install a second smp client, also the video cards are a lot faster than the cpu so that is normal...
