When I was younger, I was Soooooo disapointed when I learned that our sun wasn't massive enough to supernova. And even if it was, I probably would be dead when it did. What a sight that would be to see, while it lasted. The sun would expand first, thus, probably burning you alive or create an atmosphere that isn't survivable for you to actually see the supernova (if it could)? Scientists are guessing the sun will expand big enough to the earth's orbit before it goes out. And anyhow that dude's quote who is working on the project is funny no matter how you slice it.
